WELCOME TO LX51 STUDIOS & SUITES
A 19th century house, home to middle-class families from Lisbon, whose central location provided easy access to workplaces, schools and traditional markets. The name LX51 is an ode to the city’s well-known abbreviation and the number that identifies the door of this house. In this accommodation unit, with studios, suites and rooms, we sought to create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, combining and honouring the tradition of an old Lisbon building, with industrial décor in a contemporary style.
AN INTIMATE SPACE
Renovated in 2018 and adapted as a guest house, we sought to maintain the traditional features of old Lisbon. The wooden staircases and corridors from the colonies, the entrance area in Portuguese stone, the interior courtyard and the façade with characteristic balconies, where families enjoyed sunny afternoons while watching the hustle and bustle of passers-by.

Enjoy a buffet breakfast, full of authentic, fresh and local products, carefully selected to start your day off right. Our bread is handmade in a small village near Sintra, following ancient practices.
